We work hard to pack your item to you as fast as we can, and all orders are shipped using DPD and FedEx courier – deliveries typically arrive within 1 business day from dispatch. We usually deliver parcels 8am-6pm from Monday to Friday. However, our service also lets you receive parcels on Saturdays.
Tracking for your order will be emailed at the time your order is dispatched.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
In-store pickup
You can choose in-store pickup. After placing your order and selecting pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 3 to 6 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 5pm on Monday – Friday and Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
